Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days however, times may be a little longer if it’s between shipments. We will let you know if there is going to be a delay. We do like to support other entrepreneurs who produce handmade items and sometimes these items are made to order which may result in longer shipping times. Willows & Company is not responsible for shipping delays and is not liable for lost or damaged orders after it’s been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to me and we will help you file a claim with the shipping provider. 

Once an order has been submitted processing begins and the order can not be cancelled. If there is questions about cancelling an order, please contact me.

We do not ship on holidays or weekends. We ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. International orders will not be processed and order will be voided.
